The Case Management Supervisor provides management and oversight to the Health Department’s case management services. These services include a Traumatic Brain Injury Program, Show Me Healthy Women, and Community Health Worker staff supporting COVID-19 recovery efforts.

The Clinical Nurse RN will provide routine clinical services in an ambulatory setting. This clinic primarily offers adolescent and adult immunizations. Other services include but are not limited to TB tests, CPR check-offs, and education.

The Community Health Worker is a frontline public health worker who performs a variety of duties to engage, support, advocate, and connect community members to needed and necessary resources to support good health and wellness.
Epidemiology & Analytics Division Manager
The Surveillance & Analytics Division Manager is responsible for the adequate provision of services for communicable disease control and data analytics in Jackson County.
Grant Writer
The Grant Writer is responsible for developing, writing, and submitting grant proposals to foundations and other grant-making organizations.
Policy Coordinator
Under the direction of the Community Engagement & Policy Division Manager, the Policy Coordinator works to determine strategies based on legislative and regulatory analysis findings.

Public Health Analyst
The Public Health Analyst will support Jackson County Health Department’s ongoing initiatives and operations through the planning, coordination, and supervision of the gathering, analyzing, and reporting of data.
Public Health Office Assistant
The Public Health Office Assistant provides registration services, prepares patients for treatment, generates the patient record, ensures necessary documentation is completed, maintains accountability of revenues collected, and follows up with patients as necessary.
Public Health Preparedness Coordinator
The Public Health Emergency Planning Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and managing the Public Health Emergency Program. This position provides direction for the emergency response team including the supervision, assignment, and evaluation of staff.
Strategic Initiatives Manager
The Strategic Initiatives Manager is a professional who aids in the coordination of Jackson County Health Department’s efforts to ensure that performance management (PM) and quality improvement activities are developed and incorporated into strategic initiatives.
