The registered nurse provides services in an ambulatory setting. Performs an assessment based on the patient’s diagnosis, reason for entry into the system, and care needs. Utilizes the nursing process to plan, perform, delegate, and evaluate the delivery of nursing care.
The COVID-19 Outreach Coordinator is responsible for coordinating mobile services in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Services will include, but are not limited to, testing, vaccination, and supply distribution to vulnerable populations. This position is temporary and funded through a state contract.
The PRN Clinical Nurse RN will provide routine clinical services in an ambulatory setting. This clinic primarily offers adolescent and adult immunizations. Other services include but are not limited to TB tests, CPR check-offs, and education.
The Public Health Preparedness Manager provides oversight for the public health emergency preparedness program. This includes budgetary responsibility as well as the coordination, planning, implementation, and evaluation of the Public Health Emergency Preparedness (PHEP) Program.
The Public Health Strategist will support programmatic efforts of internal strategy related to one or more of these program areas: strategic planning, quality improvement/performance management, accreditation, and workforce development. The position is highly collaborative, working closely with the Strategic Initiatives team and JACOHD leadership.
