• Adult walk-ins are welcome until 3:30 p.m. Walk-ins are subject to be turned away if clinic volume is exceeded.
• Appointments are required for pediatric COVID-19 vaccines (Pfizer; 5-to-11-year-olds).
• Patients under the age of 18 must have a parent/guardian sign their consent form.
• If you’re receiving your 2nd, additional, or booster dose, please bring your COVID-19 vaccination record card.
